Kenya's healthcare system performs millions of diagnostic tests every year — yet a surprisingly large share of them are delayed, rejected or repeated because of one quiet failure: how samples move between facilities.
SwiftLabLogistics was founded to fix that. By combining AI dispatch, IoT sensors, GPS tracking and solar-hybrid cold-chain vehicles, we built an operating system for diagnostic transport that works as reliably in rural counties as it does in the heart of Nairobi.
